The Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change, together with the "Zamin" International Public Foundation, has installed and commissioned two automatic air monitoring stations in the Yashnabad and Almazar districts of Tashkent.
The work was carried out as part of the project "Automation of air pollution monitoring." The installed stations serve as laboratories equipped with patented technologies for high-precision air pollution measurement.
It is worth noting that the selection of locations for automatic stations depends on various factors, including areas with high population density, major roads and transport highways and protected natural territories. This ensures the accuracy and usefulness of the collected data for decision-making aimed at improving the quality of life and protecting the environment.
With the increasing number of stations, UzHydromet employees regularly undergo training on data analysis, as well as on the operation and maintenance of equipment and software.
